Frequently Asked Questions About Dues Renewal

If you have any questions pertaining to your Dues, please browse these frequently asked questions before contacting RPCRA.

No, Dues are not refundable.

If you pay dues to RPCRA/FGCMLS and transfer to another board in Florida mid-2026, your FR and NAR dues "transfer" with you, but your local and MLS fees are not refundable.

Please be sure your broker is renewing their dues before paying yours. If your broker is not active with RPCRA/FGCMLS, you cannot hold membership here.

If you pay dues to RPCRA/FGCMLS and transfer to another board in Florida mid-2026, your FR and NAR dues "transfer" with you, but your local and MLS fees are not refundable.

1. Contact your broker. They will need to remove you from their DBPR roster.

2. When your license shows "Current, Inactive" in DBPR, email Membership@rpcra.org to let us know you will not be renewing.

3. This must be done PRIOR to December 31st, 2025. After that, your account will accrue late fees should you choose return in 2026.

Most members will see TWO invoices on their accounts - both need to be paid separately. One invoice is for your Board Dues (RPCRA, FR and NAR) and the other is for your FGCMLS fees. (If you are an Affiliate Business Partner, MLS Only, or Administrative Assistant, you will only have one invoice.)
