SECTION 1: Brokerage Operations & Compliance (Minimum 5 points to qualify)

Submit your brokerage's current Policy & Procedure Manual for review. This encourages brokers to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive office policies. (Manuals will be kept confidential; the review is for providing any constructive feedback and awarding points for having this important document in place.)

ALSO

Submit a copy of the Independent Contractor Agreement used with your agents. Ensuring clear ICA contracts is a broker best practice, and providing one earns points. (If a broker uses the Florida Realtors/Florida Bar standard ICA or a custom one, either is acceptable - the point is awarded for having an agreement and sharing it for best-practice verification.) These two documents are critical for brokerage management, and requiring them aligns with raising professional standards in broker operations.
